By and large, it was famous and relaxing place with helpful stuff in a hostile and ironic manner. The hotel was located convenient and unbeatable for us, walking distance to a train station. The authentic restaurant was very nice and offered good meals: )

It was a delightful place, had excellent and dedicated staff in a hostile and ironic manner. View at the picturesque garden was magnificent, the room was fashionable and brand-new. The bathroom was large and the beds lovely. The location was beautiful and amazing for me as it was so close to the beautifully maintained garden and Odawara train station and the Hakone Tozan Line.
The setting was poor.

The Japanese-style room provided a unique and comfortable experience, though the tatami mats can be challenging for longer stays. The beautifully landscaped gardens offered a serene escape, perfect for strolls with children. Onsen baths were well-maintained. Dining options featured wholesome food that was good and plentiful. A notable challenge was communicating with staff since we did not speak Japanese.
